RSVP, headcounts and custom questions

Guests answer yes or no from their personal link. You see it by party and by ceremony, with totals and a CSV export.

What guests do

At the bottom of their personal link guests tap Yes, we'll be there or Sorry, we can't make it, say how many are coming (up to the seats you held for them) and may leave a short message. The answer applies to every ceremony that party is invited to. Tapping again later simply replaces the earlier answer, so a change of plans is one tap, not a phone call.

The public link has no RSVP — it asks guests to reply from the link you sent them. That is deliberate: it keeps every answer tied to a real household.

The RSVP deadline

Set it in Edit. The invitation prints "please let us know by…", and after midnight on that day the buttons stop accepting answers. You can move or clear the date at any time.

Reading the answers

Open RSVP in the dashboard. It is a grid: one row per party, one column per ceremony, with yes / no / pending, the headcount and the time of the last change. Above it: how many parties have replied, the reply rate, how many people are coming to each ceremony, and a small chart of views per day for the last two weeks. Messages from guests are listed with the party.

Export CSV downloads the same grid as one row per party and ceremony, UTF-8 with a header Excel understands, so Vietnamese names and messages arrive intact.

Custom questions

Besides yes / no you can ask your own questions. Open RSVP → Questions and add one: a Yes / No ("Do you need a ride from the airport?"), a Pick one with up to eight choices ("Chicken, fish or vegetarian?") or a Short text ("Any allergies?"), each with an English and a Vietnamese label — guests see the one that matches their language. A question can apply to any ceremony or to one ceremony only; in that case only guests invited to it are asked. Questions appear under the Yes / No buttons on the invitation, and the answers are on the Answers page next to the RSVP grid, with their own CSV export.

Digest emails

New answers and wishes are bundled into an hourly email so you are not pinged for every tap. If you would rather check the dashboard yourself, switch the digest off under Dashboard → Notifications.
