Seating chart
Add tables, put each party at one from a dropdown, print the chart for the welcome desk.
Tables first
Open Seating and add tables: a name ("Table 1", "Bride's family", "Friends from work") and how many seats it has (1 to 40). Add as many as the venue gives you; the order you add them is the order they print.
Then parties
Below the tables every guest party is listed with its seat count and a dropdown of your tables. Choose a table and it is saved at once — no dragging, so it works on a phone in the car on the way to the venue. A party can be at one table; choose Unassigned to take it off again.
The summary at the top counts parties seated and unassigned, seats placed against table capacity. A table with more seats taken than it has is flagged, not blocked — you may know that two of the four will not come.
Use the RSVP answers
Seating uses each party's seats, the number you held for them. Once answers come in, edit the parties that said "3 of 4" down to 3 on the Guests page and the chart updates. Parties that answered "no" can stay unassigned or be deleted.
Printing
Print seating chart opens a clean page with one block per table and the party names inside. Print it, or save it as PDF from the print dialog, for the welcome desk and the venue staff.
