Sending on Zalo, WhatsApp, Messenger and SMS
The Send screen prepares a personal English message for each party. Copy it, open the app, mark sent.
The Send screen
Open Send in the dashboard. Every party is a card with its personal link and a ready-made message in English, personalized with the party’s greeting, with your names, the date and the link. Read one or two to check the wording feels like you.
The buttons
- Copy message — puts the text on your clipboard. Paste it anywhere.
- SMS — opens your phone's messaging app with the text filled in; you pick the contact.
- WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with the text filled in; you pick the contact.
- Zalo and Messenger — these apps have no "share with text" link, so the button copies the message and opens the app; open the chat and paste.
- Mark sent — records the date, so the card moves to the Sent tab. The Not sent tab is your to-do list.
Three habits that keep RSVPs accurate
- Send the personal link, not the public one. Only personal links carry a name, a tone and an RSVP.
- One link per household, in a private chat. A link pasted into a group chat lets everyone reply as the same party.
- Send from a phone that has the apps. The buttons open the installed app; on a laptop they open the web versions.
Following up
The dashboard's Opens page lists who has opened their link, how many times and whether they have answered yet, so you know whom to nudge. The RSVP page shows the answers themselves.
Sending from Vietnam to the US or the other way? Zalo works everywhere; WhatsApp is common abroad; SMS is the fallback that needs no app.
